Participated in Canadian Film Centre Media Lab's IDEABOOST Accelerator. Exited in 2024.
Free COVID Rapid Test Distribution Initiative & Community COVID Advocacy, Campaign Initiator (2021–2022)
Initiated British Columbia’s first free COVID rapid test distribution in collaboration with Fraser Health, Engaged Communities Canada, and infectious disease experts. Led a campaign with over 8,500 signatories advocating for stronger interprovincial travel controls, supported advocates in placing op-eds calling for community COVID protections, and convened experts and community groups, including co-hosting an expert panel with SFU, to develop community-based COVID solutions and chart a path out of the pandemic.

Led a collective impact initiative with industry, government, education, and non-profits to bring coding education into schools across British Columbia. Funded by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with BC Teachers Federation's Computer Using Educators of British Columbia, initiated CodeCreate, hosting large-scale coding events for kids in Vancouver, Victoria, Prince George, and Kelowna. Directed the Hour of Code BC campaign, resulting in 700+ events in and outside of classrooms province-wide. Partnered with Kids Code Jeunesse (now Digital Moments) to deliver coding workshops in libraries across Vancouver. Convened multi-partner groups to explore the implementation of coding education pathways from grade school to post-secondary, and successfully advocated for provincial funding, securing $6 million for coding education. Invited to advise on BC’s tech workforce development and job readiness programs through a committee convened by the Vancouver Economic Commission and the Government of BC.

Co-founded a grassroots political platform in British Columbia using technology to engage citizens and reimagine partisan politics. Led the development of an app visualizing MLA voting records and an online crowdsourcing tool allowing the public to nominate potential candidates for provincial office. With advisory support from two-time independent MLA Vicki Huntington, collaborated with a multidisciplinary team spanning economics, philosophy, political science, arts, technology, medicine, business, and education to promote civic participation and political innovation.

Served as an invited expert to the World Wide Web Consortium’s Education & Outreach Working Group during a time when web accessibility was not yet mainstream. Reviewed and developed training and educational materials for the global web development community, used millions of times across government, universities, and industry.
Code For Canada Vancouver Brigade, Founding Organizer (2015)
Co-founded the Vancouver chapter of Code for Canada, inspired by early civic technology movements in the U.S. and U.K. Organized panels and idea jams with government and industry experts on digitizing civil service. Contributed regularly to the Province of BC’s DevExchange program, supporting government development services and public engagement. Part of the broader Code for All initiative, bringing citizens, technology, and government resources together to drive positive community change.

Core web developer for the complete overhaul of Mountain Equipment Co-op's e-commerce website. Led web accessibility compliance implementation and training.

Led product development and marketing for Gift, Loyalty, and Air Miles solutions at Canada’s largest payment processor, a joint venture between RBC and BMO. Managed cross-functional teams across technology, sales, and marketing, serving large national brands and thousands of SMEs. Launched new virtual gift card offerings and Air Miles products, driving adoption and revenue growth.
